RPS Manufacturing LLC issues Technical Bulletins for M2.Shocks as new technology is developed and/or service issues are identified.

 

This technical bulletin is provided to notify customers of C2.01 and C3.01 valving options.

 

These valving solutions were developed for “hard hitting” GSXR-1000 and Haybusa Grudge bikes as well as higher performing Pro Street bikes in IDBL, Man Cup, and NHDRO competition. SPECIFICALLY, this valving solution allows more boost/HP to be added “off the hit” without any adverse down track performance.

 

The C2.01 and C3.01 provides more consistent 60’ action for users of C2 and C3 solutions that are "hitting the bike" with higher boost levels or higher nitrous shots. Customers can see their current valve solutions by simply looking at the label of their shock. After the customer name on the label (located at the base of the body tube), you will see C2/R1 (as an example).

 

Customers can have this upgrade performed at the track wherever RPS Manufacturing is trackside. Cost is $100.00 for the upgrade (trackside) and $50.00 if sent in to the RPS Manufacturing LLC offices. If the shock was purchased in the past 90 days, the upgrade is free if sent in OR $50.00 trackside.

Question: HOW DO I KNOW IF I NEED THIS?

Answer: IF THE CUSTOMER HAS DIFFICULTY GETTING THE CHASSIS THROUGH THE 60' WHENEVER HIGHER LEVELS OF POWER ARE ADDED, THIS WILL BE AN EXCELLENT SOLUTION.
